Culture Flatrate - Study Online

In 2009, the parliamentary groups of the German Greens in the Bundestag and the European Parliament published a law-study on the issue of a culture-flatrate (Kulturflatrate). The study examines German and international laws to see what kind of possibilities there are for implementation of a Kulturflatrate. The study is also available for download in english.
